With the possibility of a worsening situation with regard to Corvid-19 (Coronavirus) Britton Price are doing everything they can to reduce any impact this may have on the daily operation of our business whilst keeping our staff, customers and their residents safe.
All staff members are being kept updated and we are passing on all relevant information provided by the Worlds Health Organisation. Engineers and field based staff have been issued additional Personal Protective Equipments and all staff who are able to Carr on business activities from home have been issued with internet phones so in the unlikely event of office closures calls can still be taken. We have the ability to transfer calls from any of our 3 main business sites to an alternative site if required.
We will continue to monitor parts and product supply chains and keep our customers informed of any potential delays in delivery.
We are hoping for the best but planning for the worst case scenario in order to minimise any disruption to the services we offer our customers.
