Turnkey Lift Contracts

Lift installations are a complicated and involved process and require the collaboration of many different specialist contractors.

Most lift companies will install a lift into a shaft constructed to their dimensions with all associated work carried out by ‘others’ at the clients cost. This can lead to problems for the customer who is left with the task of trying to manage a process they may know little about and still have to complete their other work loads as well.

Britton Price is different.

We have worked with Anchor Trust Housing Association for many years now and developed a complete installation package to take the pressure off the customer.

This “Turnkey” package has now been developed further and is available to all our customers, based on providing the following areas of work:

  • Carry out full surveys
  • Arrange Architects and structural engineers reports if required
  • Attend residents meetings
  • Organise Building Regulation submissions including CDM if required.
  • Carry out all associated Builders work
  • Removal of the old lift and disposal of equipment
  • Drilling of the borehole using our in house team
  • Completion of the lift installation
  • Arrange for all associated electrical and communication call work
  • Organise for flooring in-fills at landing entrances
  • Arrange for the provision of temporary stair lifts on a rental basis if required
  • Complete lift testing and commissioning
  • Completion of making good and final decorations if required
  • Provide 12 months warranty and service contract
