Britton Price Ltd is an established Partner with Anchor Trust and Railway Housing Association. The aim of a Partnership Agreement is to ensure that all stakeholders work together in an open, honest and inclusive way to find best value solutions and to achieve maximum customer satisfaction .

We have learnt that our clients want to deal with people who communicate well, who acknowledge problems, then solve them and finally, people they can rely upon.

With this in mind, the partnering process requires a Charter which includes both key objectives and key performance indicators which Britton Price aims to achieve at all times.

We are continually developing new systems and approaches to our working practises, with the aim of providing a complete solution for our customers which evolves as the Partnership develops.

We believe the Partnering Process is an ideal opportunity to work closely together for the mutual long term benefit of both organisations.

The Objectives of a successful Partnering Agreement are:

• To work together in an open and honest way sharing information
• To develop mutual understanding of respective business drivers and processes throughout the supply chain to minimise risks and maximise rewards for all parties.
• To include all stakeholders in consultation and planning, ensuring each proposal delivers an appropriate solution, giving value for money and customer satisfaction.
• To work to an agreed plan
• To develop and produce a relevant set of Key Performance Indicator tools with the aim of delivering continuous improvement, safe working and zero defects.
• To produce innovative solutions that provide incremental added value
• To resolve disputes before they escalate
