| Britton Price purchases Moving and Handling Business of Keep Able 01 February 2009 |
Britton Price Ltd and Keep Able have today announced an agreement for the transfer of the Moving and Handling Business of Keep Able to Britton Price Ltd, the nationwide independent equipment and service provider.
Explaining why the transfer had come about James Barnfield of Keep Able explained that “in order to develop our Moving and Handling business it was felt a partner would be a more natural fit for the group and in selecting Britton Price to transfer the business too we were comfortable that all of our customers and staff would be looked after by a company we know and trust.
Britton Price are dealers for Joerns and the Oxford range of products and with their nationwide service support they are able to offer our customers the same range of products and an excellent service back up whilst continuing to provide Keep Able with Moving and Handling expertise and support as required”.
In announcing that all of the business and staff will transfer, Derek Price the Managing Director of Britton Price warmly welcomed the new staff.
