| Bespoke Solution for Jersey Nursing Home08 October 2007 |
When the hydraulic lift at La Haule Care Home on the beautiful island of Jersey broke down, Britton Price came to the rescue with a bespoke solution.
The lift is regularly serviced by Britton Price as part of our partnering agreement with Four Seasons Healthcare. Unfortunately the lift broke down because of a defective control board which is now obsolete. Simply replacing the control board would have brought compatibility problems so using the original drawings Britton Price commissioned a bespoke control system from a lift control specialist. Our installation team were then able to travel over to Jersey to fit the new control system.
The lift was back in service within 6 weeks, minimizing any inconvenience to the residents and staff.
